This placeholder terms of service will be replaced with the finalized copy before App Store submission. In short: use Parkbound responsibly, don't abuse the service, and respect other users.

Account

You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your credentials safe and don't let others use your account.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Parkbound — your check-offs, notes, and trip entries. You grant Parkbound the limited right to store and display that content so the app can function.

Availability

Parkbound is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
